2022 Shutterfly Holiday Catalog

In our second year of holiday catalog production we were able to retrofit the process and improve productivity based on our first year’s findings of success and growth opportunities. From our first year, the look and feel of the creative approached shifted from whimsical to a more mature and curated pallet. This caused a need for new propping elements and custom set designs that helped elevate the trending design styles of the year. 2022 also gave my team the challenge of half the page count catalog with the goal of displaying a still robust merchandise representation. This challenge was faced with creative problem solving, purposeful decision making and cross team compromises. By working directly with our marketing and merchandising leads my creative team was ablate rise to the challenge. Despite the new difficulties, the 2022 holiday catalog grossed 32 million dollars in revenue.
